So Bahk Do is an ancient traditional Korean martial art that develops every aspect of self: intellect, body, emotion and spirit. Consistent training leads to focus, concentration and improved physical abilities, such as flexibility, strength, stamina and speed. These skills will help your child develop a sense of confidence. Safety is of the utmost importance. So Bahk Do is a non-contact art form. Former SCES parent, Howard Kea will lead our So Bahk Do class. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended. No uniform is necessary.
